Sports memorabilia for school & booster fundraisers

School auction nights run on volunteers and short timelines. The program has to arrive ready, sell to parents rather than collectors, and leave nothing behind to store.

Signed memorabilia displayed at a school booster fundraiser

Sell the local connection first

Parents bid on what they recognize. Pieces tied to the hometown teams — and to alumni who went on to play at the next level — outperform a bigger name with no local pull.

We source to your school's teams, colors and rivalries, then frame and engrave so a piece looks like it belongs on a wall at home, not in a display case.

Keep price points low enough to move

A school gym is not a black-tie ballroom. Most of the night's revenue comes from lots priced where a family can say yes without a conversation.

  • Raffle and entry lots — signed balls, framed photos, designer sunglasses.
  • Middle lots — framed signed jerseys and multi-photo displays.
  • One or two headline lots to anchor the room and close the night.

No upfront cost, nothing left over

We supply inventory at wholesale on consignment. Your booster club or PTA keeps everything above that number, and anything that does not sell goes back with us — no budget approval to get started and no boxes in a storage closet in June.

Works for tournaments too

Golf tournaments, banquets, graduation nights and team fundraisers use the same program with different staging: hole-in-one prizes, raffle boards, foursome awards and clubhouse displays that set up fast and sell all afternoon.

What we need from you

Your date, guest count, teams and a rough fundraising goal. We come back with a program, a display plan, and a set-up time that fits your volunteers' schedule.

Let's build your next event.

Tell us who you're raising money for. We'll build the memorabilia program — sourced, authenticated, engraved and staged — and your organization keeps the upside.
